How does it work

Your grant is tied directly to Flip’s growth, giving you a stake in the company’s success. The grant will payout in 5 years or sooner. Here’s how it plays out in two hypothetical scenarios.

Scenario 1: Valuation Increase If Flip's valuation increase by 10X, your original $25,000 grant becomes $250,000
Scenario 2: Valuation Decrease If Flip's valuation declines below current value, your original $25,000 grant stays at $25,000. No change.
